My name Hans and I life near Stuttgart/Germany. I'm a Wikitraveller for more than 3 years with focus on its German language version which I have helpt to build up. After the selling of Wikitravel I began to search for alternatives. Together with other German-speaking Wikitravellers, we have found the Wikivoyage e.V. association.
My focus on Wikivoyage is the maintenance of the server and, together with Unger, the wikis.
Some weeks after the announcement of Wikitravel's selling, I have written a Commercialisation FAQ and a Fork FAQ, both are still valid.
