[edit] Exif data

(Moved over from project page -- Hansm 08:08, 1 November 2007 (CET))

In profiling you are right, but, that is it. And thats me, to leave Exif-data, cause I don't wanna hide anything to those with any interest in photos. In this electronic times everything is possible. Exif Data is a method, to show some authenticity in the pictures, just to see the time in corellation to sun and light and so on. I think, its interesting for the snoopy reader, so just leave it to the author. Best Wishes--Bbb 08:02, 1 November 2007 (CET)

1. Are you commenting that edit? 2. To me the current version leaves it to the author's choice, as you propose. LukeWestwalker 12:04, 1 November 2007 (CET)

[edit] Data, singular or plural?

I've changed all references to data to be singular. While treating the word data as plural is not wrong, it sounds wrong to my ears. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data#Usage_in_English for more info. The short story is outside of British scientific writing "data" is used in the singular. In other formal settings, as well as in daily use it's allways treated in the singular. I hope the change is OK with everyone.
